The tool is completely free. No account or registration is required. Users receive a unique re-entry code so they can return to their results at any time.

4. Receive an AI-generated personalized debrief: thematic insights, three career pathways (traditional, pivot, emerging), and reflective questions
5. Explore your top career matches from a database of 923 O*NET occupations, ranked by similarity to your interest profile
6. For each career match, see an AI Change Signal — a unique indicator of how much AI automation may affect that role, with specific drivers and protective factors explained
7. Use Jackson — an assistant embedded in your results dashboard who knows your full results and can help you make sense of what you're looking at
